What if a server goes down?

It is not unheard of.  Servers do crash although that is a very rare event.  How do we handle these things?  Read on..

Our servers are structured in a cloud environment, so if one goes down, they do not all go down.  Your services should keep running without missing a beat.  As with any system, this is not 100% fool-proof, but our monitoring is.  In the event that a server cloud becomes unavailable we dispatch immediately to resolve the issue.

Our technical staff is available 24 hours a day in our facilities to react as needed.  If an individual bare metal server fails, one will be provisioned and loaded rapidly.  Restore time is usually less than an hour.  Since you can order bare metal servers with redundancy, this should never become a problem.  Just order what you need.  We provide rapid deployment, and services can be shared in a local private cloud to keep your servers synced and ready to fail over in the event of a catastrophic failure.

Not every situation can be resolved instantly so we make no promises other than a 99.9 percent uptime guarantee, but we do have a great track record of zero downtime so far.  Our team takes great pride in those numbers!  So do I!
